Poster Exhibits & Best in Show Poster Award
There will be a 'Best Poster' award with a post-conference article in our online journal
Printed Electronics WorldPoster exhibits are an important aspect of the Wearable Technology Europe 2015 conference and tradeshow, the world's leading scientific and business event covering all aspects of the technology.
Posters will be featured in the tradeshow, where approximately 2000 visitors are expected. The poster authors will be present at their poster during lunch breaks on the 28 and 29 April. In addition, the author whose poster is judged as the "best in show" will have the opportunity to give a 10 minute poster presentation in the tradeshow theatre on April 29. The poster winner will be announced during the drinks reception on the evening of April 28 and featured widely in publicity afterwards.
Requirements
Poster session applicants must be teaching or studying full-time. More than one academic can submit a poster. If you have any queries regarding the criteria please contact Dr Harry Zervos at h.zervos@IDTechEx.com
Academic Poster Rates
The €295 rate includes- A poster display in the tradeshow hall.
- A full 2 day pass to the conference and tradeshow.
- Refreshments.
- The Best Poster Winner will have the opportunity to give a 10 minute presentation.
Submission of Abstracts
If you are interested in displaying a poster at the event please email Cath Davies at c.davies@IDTechEx.com with your contact details, a title and 500 word abstract by 16 March. If your submission is successful we will email you with details on the poster session and guidelines for producing your poster.
