EVES Launchpad: Electric Vehicles Launch at the IDTechEx Show!

The IDTechEx 'EVES Launchpad' initiative will showcase exhibits from Electric Vehicle & Energy Storage start-up companies at the IDTechEx Show! in Santa Clara, California this November 16-17.

The EVES Launchpad exhibitors, listed below, will show their innovations to over 3000 attendees, including product developers, technology scouts and integrators.

Winners of the IDTechEx EVES Launchpad:

Cooper Gray Robotics LLC is an Oakland based design/build and engineering company that develops electric drive systems and automates the heavy equipment industry through its Smart Control and remote control architecture for machines in construction, mining, agriculture and forestry.
Electra Vehicles, Inc. offers custom solutions based on a hybrid energy storage platform, where different energy storage technologies with complementary characteristics can be blended in a high performance low cost system for electric and hybrid vehicles.
KersTech, Inc.
KersTech's proprietary motors for electric vehicles use up to 45% less electric energy than conventional motors. Their TwinTorq electric-hydraulic motor extends battery range, reduces costs, and increases productivity. KersTech is currently developing a motor in collaboration with a leading US electric vehicle manufacturer.
KULR Technology's thermal management technology strives to solve the challenge of keeping electronics cooler, lighter, and safer in an ethical and environmentally sustainable manner. KULR's proprietary carbon fiber-based architecture offers solutions in thermal interface material, light weight heat exchangers and protection against lithium-ion battery thermal runaway propagation.
Magi SciTech Inc. produces a graphite structured battery based on nano-technology. Their battery demonstrates fast charging and discharging capabilities suitable for industrial and military applications. It is a non-explosive, non-flammable battery with a longer life cycle at broad temperature ranges. Company is located in San Jose, CA.
MAGMENT magnetizable concretes are based on a cement matrix loaded with magnetizable particles. They can reach high permeabilities opening up a broad range of electromagnetic applications: wireless power transmission, induction cooking and inductive components. One main advantage is full integrability into concrete structures with high robustness and stability to environmental influences.
PowerHydrant is an early stage start-up focused on applying the "smart phone dividend" to deliver 3D sensor based conductive autonomous fast-charging for Autonomous Vehicles and eMobility. Based in Boston's Innovation District, PowerHydrant is a member of the MIT Startup Exchange and part of Autodesk's inaugural Startups-in-Residence (STIR) group.
Shockwave Motors Inc
Motors make electric cars 'cool' by providing a high performance, all-electric roadster that is pollution free, economical, and fun to drive. The roadster has up to a 100 mile range and can be recharged from a standard 120-volt outlet in about 8 hours; providing a daily range of up to 200 miles . The roadster recharges in less than 3 hours when plugged into a Level ll Charger.
The IDTechEx Show! is a bi-annual conference and exhibition held each year in Berlin, Germany and Santa Clara, California, USA. The event covers emerging technologies: 3D printing, electric vehicles, energy harvesting, energy storage, graphene & 2D materials, sensors, IoT, printed electronics and wearable technology. The IDTechEx Show! is the only event that covers the full breadth of emerging materials, components and applications; with over 250 presentations and 200 exhibitors.
