Annually held in Munich, EES Europe is, according to the organisers, Europe's largest tradeshow for energy storage. While the situation might change with the advent of the Battery Show to the Old Continent, it still is an impressive show in terms of booth design and size. IDTechEx analyst Dr Lorenzo Grande was there to learn about new trends in the battery arena.
These slides share Dr Grande's key findings from the event and from the Batteriestammtisch, an evening meeting where local companies present their view on batteries and related business models which he attended at the end of the second day.
